Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. Shipping rates on orders under $150 are calculated at checkout. If you have specific questions about shipping, please contact us at info@velorosacycling.com
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We will gladly accept returns for store credit, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery for online purchases.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached. All sale items are final sale.

How to make a Return or Exchange
Visit our returns page and follow the easy steps below to make your return.
- Enter your order number and email address on our returns page
- Check your email to print the return label
- Prepare your package and attach the return label
For exchanges, please include a note specifying the item/size for which you’d like to exchange. Please note we often produce in small, limited runs, but we’ll do our best to meet your request.

Velorosa will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Most refunds post within 48 hours.
